摘　　要：人员监督,即是对人员能力的监督,是检测实验室质量管理体系工作的一个重要环节。《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》中对人员监督工作提出了明确要求,如何对实验室人员进行有效、足够的监督,是检测实验室人员监督工作的关键所在。本文详细地分析了检测实验室开展人员监督工作的注意事项。Personnel supervision, the supervision of competence, is a key point of quality management system in testing laboratories. A clear requirement, made by Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, that is, how to carry out effective and adequate supervision is the key to personnel supervision in testing laboratories. This paper analyzes the attention points of personnel supervision in testing laboratories in detail.
