摘　　要：目的 :分析神经外科专业护士院内护理岗位资质认证培训的方法与效果。方法 :使用研究小组编制的神经外科护士院内岗位资质认证理论培训教程、专业技能操作培训和临床实践手册,对全院37名护士进行培训,通过理论、技能、临床实践能力考核、培训前后自评专业基础能力评分及培训工作满意度评价培训效果。结果:37名护士经培训,30名考核合格,总体培训合格率为81.1%。培训后护士自评专业基础能力评分高于培训前(P<0.05)。护士对培训工作比较满意。结论 :院内护理岗位资质认证培训有利于神经外科护士专科护理核心能力提升,有助于确保护理安全、提高护理质量。Objective： To explore the method and effects of the qualification certification training of special nurses in department of neurosurgery. Methods： The hospital post qualification certification theory training course for the nurses in the department of neurosurgery developed by the research group, professional skills training and clinical practice manual were adopted to train 37 nurses. The theory, skills, clinical practice ability assessment, evaluation of professional basic ability and training job satisfaction were used to evaluate the effect of training. Results： Through training, 30 nurses were qualified and training qualified rate was 81.1%. The scores of self-rating professional ability of nurses were higher than before （P〈0.05）. Nurses were satisfied with the training job. Conclusion： Hospital nursing qualification certification training can improve special nursing ability of nurses in department of neurosurgery. In addition, it can improve the quality of nursing and ensure the safety of nursing.
