云南省科研资本与经济增长质量之间协调性的分析

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,科研资本在我国经济增长质量提升过程中发挥了非常重要的作用。在经济"新常态"的重要时期,云南省更应该高度重视科研资本的配置效率,充分发挥其在经济转型升级过程中的重要支撑作用。建立科研资本和经济增长质量指标体系,借鉴协调度测度模型,以云南省2009年—2015年的数据进行分析,研究发现:云南省科研资本与经济增长质量之间的协调发展度不高;造成两者之间协调发展度不高的重要原因是区域当前的产业资本配置结构严重滞后于科研资本的配置结构。云南省应该优化产业资本与科研资本的配置结构,寻求两者之间共同发展的新的契合点,力争在全国经济结构转型过程中取得显著性成果。Since the reform and opening up,scientific research capital has played a very important role in improving the quality of China＇s economic growth.In the important period of economic new normal,Yunnan province should attach great importance to the efficiency of the allocation of research capital,give full play to its important role in the process of economic transformation and upgrading.This paper establishes the index system of the quality of scientific research capital and economic growth,and uses the coordination degree model to analyze the data from 2009 to 2015 in Yunnan Province,and finds that the coordinated development between the capital of scientific research and the quality of economic growth in Yunnan province is not high.An important reason for the low level of coordination between the two is that the current structure of industrial capital allocation in the region lags behind the allocation structure of scientific research capital.Yunnan province should optimize the allocation structure of industrial capital and research capital,and seek a new meeting point for the common development of the two countries.
