国外高技术服务业的发展模式及其对武汉的启示

摘　　要：发展高技术服务业是培育战略性新兴产业和发展服务业的重要任务。发达国家的发展模式有市场主导型、政府主导型、政府和市场共同主导三种类型,分别以美国、日本和英国为代表。而新兴经济体大多采用政府推动和市场拉动的模式,主要代表有韩国和新加坡。结合武汉的实际情况,明确发展高技术服务业应走市场主导和政府指导相结合的道路。High-tech service industry is an important task to develop strategic emerging industries and service industries.Developed countries mainly adopt the market oriented model,the government oriented model and the market-government model,which are represented respectively by the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom.Most of emerging economies use the government push and market pull at the same,including South Korea and Singapore.Combined with the actual situation in Wuhan,the development of high-tech service industry should take the road of market led and government guidance.
