摘  要:指出了自改革开放以来,中国经济建设取得了巨大成就,但以牺牲自然资源为代价换取物质产出不断增长的传统发展模式尚未根本转变。由于环境紊乱和生态恶化长期累积效应,显现主要污染物排放超过环境承载能力、生态系统功能退化、能源保障能力不足等问题。为改善国家能源安全状况及解决环境问题,从日常生活中常见的空调节能入手,并结合云计算技术分析了一个应用实例,为可持续发展社会提供数据基础。Since reform and opening in 1978, China's economic construction has made great achievements. But Chi- nese traditional model of sacrificing natural resources for material output continuing to grow hasn't yet been changed radically. Due to long-term accumulated effect caused by environmental disturbance and ecological deterioration, a series of problems have emerged, such as major pollutants emissions excelling environmental carrying capacity, degeneration of ecosystem service function and scarce capacity of energy security. In order to improve our national energy security condition and to solve environmental issues, we strive for sustainable development to provide basic data basefrom the perspective of daily life of common smart air condition energy conservationwith a cloud computing.
