摘 要:塑料套管混凝土桩(简称TC桩)是由预先打设在地基中的塑料套管内浇注混凝土组成的,在TC桩施工和工作期间,塑料套管将承受超静孔隙水压力、挤土压力和振动等作用,因此,利用有限元分析,结合塑料套管的基本参数和实际应用情况,对塑料套管的受力特性拟定了5种计算方案,并对塑料套管外侧的波纹形状的选择进行了探讨。分析结果表明:塑料套管的最大应力发生在沉管上拔初期;在同一壁厚情况下,塑料套管的波高/波距=0.38时最优;建议不宜采用圆形波纹或大波角的塑料套管,而梯形或弧形的塑料套管较合理。Plastic tube cast-in-place concrete pile( TC pile) is composed of pre-driven plastic tube filled with concrete.During the period of construction and work of TC piles,the plastic tubes were going to be subjected to the excess pore water pressure,soil compaction pressure and vibration,et al. Therefore,combining with the basic parameters and practical application of the plastic tubes,five calculation schemes were figured out for the mechanical characteristics of plastic tubes by employing the finite element analysis,and the selection of outer corrugated shapes of plastic tubes were also discussed. The analysis results show that the maximum stress of plastic tubes occurs in the early stage of plastic tube extraction; in the case of the same wall thickness,it is optimal for plastic tubes as the wave height divided by wave distance is 0.38; it is suggested that the plastic tubes with circular ripple or big wave angle should not be adopted,whereas the trapezoidal or curved plastic tubes are more feasible.
