摘  要:建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定养殖水体及鱼类中阿维菌素(Avermectins)残留量的方法,了解AVMs在宜都水产养殖中的使用情况.采用固相萃取法(Solid Phase Extraction,SPE)对水体和鱼类中AVMs进行富集,高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)进行含量检测,外标法定量.结果发现,AVMs在2.0~128.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9.测定结果显示:在宜都周边养殖区所采集的6份水样和7份鱼样中均检测到AVMs的残留,残留量分别为0.004 4~0.127 7mg/kg和0.031 7~1.069 9mg/kg,高于日本《食品中残留农业化学品肯定列表制度》中规定鱼肉中最大残留限量0.005mg/kg.固相萃取与HPLC法联合运用能精确测定水体及鱼类中AVMs的含量,样品处理方法简单、快速,实用性强.To investigate the usage of avermectin in aquaculture areas in Yidu, a method for the determination of avermectin residues in aquaculture water and fish by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. The avermectin was enriched in aquaculture water and fish by solid phase extraction (SPE) and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with external standard method. The avermectin concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2--128 ~g/mL and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The analytical results showed that the residues of avermectin in the water and fish samples were 0.004 4--0. 127 7 mg/kg and 0. 031 7--1. 069 9 mg/kg, re- spectively, which were much higher than the maximum residue limit in the Japanese Positive List System of 0. 005 mg/kg. The combination of solid phase extraetion and HPLC could be used for accurate determination of avermectin residues in water and fish. The method of sample treatment is simple, rapid and practical.
