摘  要:目的了解北京市怀柔区食源性疾病的流行特征,为该区今后的食源性疾病防控工作提供参考依据。方法收集北京市怀柔区食源性疾病哨点医院主动监测的食源性疾病病例信息,采集粪便标本检测5种致泻性大肠埃希菌、副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌及志贺菌,并随机抽取标本开展诺如病毒检测,将结果进行统计分析。结果 2014—2016年北京市怀柔区共监测食源性疾病病例1 130例,检出致病菌160株,总体检出率14.16%;致泻性大肠埃希菌检出率最高(9.91%)。抽取239份标本进行诺如病毒检测,检出诺如病毒46株,检出率19.25%。第3季度(7—9月)占全部病例的39.47%,<5岁发病构成比为44.25%;可疑食品中以肉类及其制品最多,占18.89%;可疑进食场所以家庭为主,占72.70%。结论北京市怀柔区食源性疾病主要以致泻性大肠埃希菌和诺如病毒感染为主,发病高峰集中在7—9月,<5岁患儿发病构成比最高,肉类及其制品为主要的可疑食品。[Objective]To know the epidemiological features of food-borne diseases in Huairou District of Beijing,provide reference for future prevention and control of food-borne diseases in Huairou District.[Methods]The data of food-borne diseases in sentinel hospitals of Huairou District of Beijing were collected from active monitoring,the fecal specimens were collected for the detection of five diarrheogenic escherichia coli,vibrio parahaemolyticus,salmonella and shigella,and the samples were randomly selected for norovirus detection. The results were analyzed statistically.[Results]Totally 1 130 cases of food-borne diseases were reported in Huairou District from 2014-2016,and 160 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected with the total detection rate of14.16%,while the detection rate of diarrheogenic escherichia coli was the highest(9.91%). 239 specimens were tested for norovirus,and 46 strains of norovirus were detected with a detection rate of 19.25%. The cases in the third quarter(July to September)accounted for 39.47% of total cases,and the proportion of patients under 5 years old was 44.25%. The main suspected foods were meat and its products,accounting for 18.89%,and 72.70% of cases occurred at home.[Conclusion]The food-borne diseases in Huairou District of Beijing are mainly caused by infection of diarrheogenic escherichia coli and norovirus,the peak season appears July to September,children under 5 years old account for the largest proportion of patients,and main suspected foods are meat and its products.
