摘　　要：随着生物医学研究的飞速发展,尤其是在2012年我国"黄金大米"事件发生以后,伦理问题的重要性备受社会关注。但是,人们对我国生物医学伦理审查和伦理委员会的现状并不十分清晰。该文综述了国内生物医学伦理审查和伦理委员会的发展、组成和监督监管机制,从而为更好的保护受试者的医疗安全、质量和权益,为生物医学伦理管理工作的建设与发展提供良好的借鉴。With the rapid development of biomedical research,especially after the golden rice incident in 2012,the importance of ethical issues has been concerned by the whole society. However,people don＇t know much about the status quo of biomedical ethics review and ethics committee in China. The paper summarizes the development,composition and supervision mechanism of ethics review and ethics committee in China,so as to effectively protect medical safety,quality and equity of objects,and provide valuable references for the construction and development of biomedical ethics management in China.
