通心络胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床效果,对心电图及心肌酶谱的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年10月收治的80例心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用阿司匹林、曲美他嗪常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上联合通心络胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床症状、心电图ST段改变及血清心肌酶的变化。结果观察组的临床症状缓解总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%(p<0.05);观察组治疗后的24h心电图ST段改变及AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平显著低于治疗前及对照组(p<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可缓解冠心病心肌缺血临床症状,明显改善心肌缺血患者心电图,调节机体内各种酶活性,具有保护缺血心肌损伤的作用,安全有效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect, electrocardiography（ECG） and myocardial enzyme of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods From January2014 to October 2015, 80 patients with myocardial ischemia of CHD admitted into were selected as research objects and evenly divided into research group and control group. In control group, conventional drug therapy of aspirin,Trimetazidine were provided, while in research group, on the basis of control group, Tongxinluo capsule was added.Changes of Clinical effect, dynamic electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme were analysed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of research group（92.5%） was significantly higher than that of control group（77.5%）（p〈0.05）. In research group, ECG ST segment changes and level of myocardial enzyme after treatment were greatly lower than control group and before treatment respectively（p〈0.05）. Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule combined with obtain a remarkable clinical effect treating myocardial ischemia of CHD, which can effectively.Improve electrocardiogram（ECG）, adjust the various enzymes in the body and the protective effect of ischemic myocardial injury. It is safe and effective, is worth clinical promotion.
