摘 要:根据镍基合金Incoloy028的数学模型,利用Deform-2D有限元软件模拟计算了合金的热挤压过程,系统分析了热挤压工艺参数对合金组织的影响规律。结果表明,管坯预热温度、挤压速度和挤压比是Incoloy028合金管材热挤压过程中最主要工艺参数,为获得最优的热挤压组织,最佳的热挤压工艺参数是坯料预热温度为1140~1180℃,挤压速度为200mm/s,挤压比为15.63。According to the mathematical model of Incoloy028 alloy,hot extrusion process of Incoloy028 alloy was simulated by using the finite element software(Deform 2D),and its governing parameters were analyzed systematically considering the relationship between the hot extrusion parameters and microstructures of this alloy.It is found that the tube billet preheating temperature,extrusion speed and extrusion ratio are three predominant process parameters of Incoloy028 alloy in hot extrusion process and the determined optimum parameters for hot extrusion process are as follows:billet preheating temperature at 1140-1180℃,extrusion speed of 200mm/s and extrusion ratio of 15.63,which are benefit for obtaining ideal microstructures during hot extrusion process.
