摘　　要：文章就L市医疗纠纷及其处置现状找出的主要问题是:解决医疗纠纷的程序繁琐、处置时间漫长,使得纠纷从发生到调处之间出现"空档期",极易引发"医闹";大医院医疗资源亦有限,难以承受太多患者的疾病诊疗需求;处置医疗纠纷时,各部门配合不够,形不成合力。在分析这些问题之原因的基础上,文章提出:加强医疗行业管理,规范服务流程,提升服务质量;加强各个部门之间的协调性,以共创和谐医疗秩序;将第三方调解作为医疗纠纷处置的初始程序,确保纠纷得到及时规范处理。This paper finds out the main problems of medical disputes and its present disposal situation in L city： complicated procedures of medical dispute disposal and long disposal time make a gap possible from the be- ginning of disputes to dispute mediation, which can easily result in medical disturbance; medical resources in big hospitals is limited, and it is hard to meet the patients＂ demand of diagnosis and treatment; in the process of med- ical dispute disposal, various departments can not work well together due to the insufficient cooperation. Based on this, the author puts forward the following countermeasures： to strengthen the management of medical industry, standardize the service process, and improve service quality; to strengthen the coordination between the various departments to create a harmonious medical order; to take third party mediation as an initial program of medical dispute disposal to ensure the timely and standardized disposal of medical disputes.
