摘　　要：肾上腺疾病是内分泌疾病的重要组成部分,随着现代检测技术的发展及经验的积累,人们对肾上腺疾病的认识有了显著提高,但有些问题仍需深入探讨。这期专题结合国内外学者的研究,就中国肾上腺意外瘤的分型、激素分泌特征、良恶性鉴别;亚临床库欣综合征特异性诊断方法及切点的确立;功能性肾上腺肿瘤的分子机制;原发性醛固酮增多症确诊试验及筛查的切点值4个方面进行论述。Adrenal disease is an important part of endocrine diseases. Our understanding of adrenal diseases has been signiflcantly improved with the development of modern detection technology and the accumulation of experience, but some problems still need further study. We discussed four hot problems about adrenal diseases according to the research of domestic and foreign investigations： The classification, hormone secretion, differentiation of benign and malignant of adrenal incidentaloma; Specific diagnostic methods and cut-off points of subclinical Cushing＇s syndrome; Molecular mechanisms of functional adrenal tumors; ＂ihe confirmatory tests and the cut-offpoint of aldosterone-renin ratio for screening of primary aldosteronism.
