习近平科技创新思想初探  

On Xi Jinping's thoughts on S&T and innovation

摘　　要：科技是国家强盛之基,创新是民族进步之魂。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记以深邃的历史思维、宽广的国际视野和深远的战略眼光,就科技创新演进、科技产业变革、国际科技合作、科技体制改革、国防科技安全、科技人才培养等重大问题做出了一系列重要论述,具有很强的理论性、针对性和指导性。本文系统梳理了习近平总书记关于科技创新的重要论述,归纳总结了习近平科技创新思想的10个突出特点,并初步探讨了其科学内涵与指导意义。Science and technology are the foundation of the country＇s prosperity, and the innovation is the soul of the nation＇s progress. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, with his deep historical insight, broad international horizons and profound strategic visions, President Xi Jinping delivered a series of important discourses on some major issues, such as the S＆T innovation evolution, the S＆T and industry reform, the international S＆T cooperation, the S＆T institution reform, the national defense S＆T, and the S＆T talent cultivation. These discourses are very instructive with important theoretical significance. This paper systematically reviews President Xi＇s important discourses on the S＆T innovation, focusing on 10 prominent features, and briefly discusses their scientific connotations and practical significance.
