摘 要:母平面倾角对平面包络内啮合蜗杆传动的啮合性能具有较大影响,对确定平面包络内啮合蜗杆传动装置的最优参数具有决定作用。基于齿轮啮合原理,构建蜗杆齿面接触和诱导法曲率方程,利用数值计算方法及Hertz接触应力计算模型,重点分析了单头蜗杆传动下蜗轮齿数及中心距变化对平面包络内啮合蜗杆传动的影响。研究表明,母平面倾角在18°~36°之间取值时,平面包络内啮合蜗杆传动的啮合性能具有优于其他角度啮合性能的特点。研究结果为平面包络内啮合蜗杆传动的后续研究奠定了理论基础。The generating plane inclination angle has a great influence on the meshing performance of the plane enveloping internal meshing worm drive, and it has a decisive role in determining the optimal parameters of the plane enveloping internal meshing worm transmission. Based on the principle of gear meshing, the worm tooth surface contact and the induced curvature equation are constructed, by using the numerical calculation method and the Hertz contact stress calculation model, the influence of worm wheel tooth number and center distance change on the plane enveloping internal meshing worm drive under the condition of the single head plane enveloping internal meshing worm drive is analyzed. The study demonstrates that the meshing performance of the plane enveloping internal meshing worm when the generating plane inclination angle is in the range of 18 ° to 36° is better than that of other angles. The research results lay the theoretical foundation for the follow - up study of the plane enveloping internal meshing worm gearing drive.
