摘 要:传统的AMT车辆传动系统建模方法多是通过搭建数学模型来实现的,但该方法工作量较大。针对上述问题,提出一种基于Simscape搭建AMT车辆传动系统物理模型的方法。为验证所搭建模型的准确性,制定了基于发动机转速协调控制的AMT换挡控制策略,基于该策略进行了换挡过程的仿真及实车试验验证,给出了换挡期间相关参数的仿真和试验结果。仿真和试验结果表明,基于Simscape搭建的物理模型,结构简单,并具有较高的准确性,有效提高了AMT控制系统的开发效率。The traditional modeling method of simulation and study of Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) powertrain for vehicle is using simulation platform to establish the mathematical model of AMT powertrain presently, but this method has a heavy workload. Directed at problems above, a method for building physical model of AMT powertrain based on Simscape presented. To verifying the accuracy of this model, the AMT shift control strategy based on engine speed coordination control is designed, and a simulation and experimental validation of this shift control strategy through the physical model is carried on. The results of simulation and experimental show that this physical model has a relative higher accuracy, simpler structure and better expansibility, it can improve the efficiency of the development of AMT control system.
