轻、中度盆腔器官脱垂的超声诊断与临床定量分期相关性研究

摘　　要：目的评估轻、中度盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者采用超声诊断与盆腔器官脱垂定量分度法(POP-Q)评分相关性及应用价值。方法选取2013年4月至2016年4月广州医科大学附属第一医院101例POP-Q评分诊断轻、中度患者,取C、Ba、Bp点,Valsalva状态下超声测量C’、Ba’、Bp’点,比较各点相关性。结果关于子宫脱垂的C’点(-1.85)与C点(-3.5)显著相关(r=0.553,P=0.001);关于阴道前壁脱垂的Ba’点(-1.1)与Ba点(-1)显著相关(r=0.461,P=0.001);关于阴道后壁脱垂的Bp’点(-0.85)与Bp点(-2.5)有相关性(r=0.331,P=0.001)。结论超声诊断和POP-Q评分有较好的相关性,可作为临床量化诊断的影像学方法。Objective Patients with light and moderate POP are evaluated by ultrasound and POP-Q score, and the ap- plication value in POP is discussed. Methods From April 2013 to April 2016, 101 patients with mild and moderate diseases were diagnosed by POP-Q scoring at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University ; select C, Ba and Bp points, and C＇, Ba＂ and Bp＂ points were measured under Valsalva condition by ultrasound;compare the correla- tion of each point.Results The C＂ point of uterine prolapse was significantly related to C （ - 1.85, -3.5 ; r=0.553, P= 0.001 ）.The Ba＂ point of the anterior vaginal wall prolapse was significantly related to the Ba point （ - 1.1, - 1 ; r=0.461, P= 0.001 ）. There was a correlation between the Bp＂ point and the Bp point in the posterior wall prolapse of the vagina （ -0.85,-2.5;r=0.331, P=0.001 ）.Conclusion There is a good correlation between pelvic ultrasound measurement and POP-Q score ,which can be used as an imaging method in clinical quantitative diagnosis.
