大学生网络社团生存现状及发展策略

摘　　要：新媒体的盛行催生了以大学生为主体,以高校为主阵地,以网络为平台的大学生网络社团。具有交往环境虚拟性、成员身份复杂性、交互平台及时性、传播影响广泛性和社团管理开放性等特点的大学生网络社团,呈现出规模较大、类型丰富、发展迅速、成员认同感强、组织松散、准入门槛较低、管理难度较大等发展态势。高校负责、社团自治、成员参与的模式是社团健康发展的保证。因此,要找准学校角色定位,引领育人方向;尊重学生主体地位,发展社团文化;完善社团公约制度,形成共建机制,成为社团发展的有效策略。As the result of the popularity of the new media,college students＇ network clubs,mainly run by college students on campuses with network as its platform have emerged.With the characteristics of virtual environment,complicated membership,prompt interaction,widespread impact and open management,college students＇ network clubs have developed rapidly with large scale and various types,where members own a strong sense of belonging.However,these clubs have encountered the problems of loose organization,low threshold and management difficulties.As the model of ＂college authority in charge,club in autonomy and club members in participation＂ensures the healthy development of a club,it＇s suggested that college authority should find its role orientation,respect students＇ dominance in club development,and cultivate club culture.In addition,the leaders of college students＇ network clubs should improve club conventions and form the co-construction mechanism.
