摘　　要：刮痧是中医特色治疗方法,基础与临床研究均表明刮痧有良好的活血化瘀、舒经通络的作用。通过对刮痧疗法在冠心病血瘀证中应用现状进行综述,以期为临床治疗及护理提供依据。Scraping is a characteristic treatment of Chinese medicine. The basic and clinical studies show that scraping therapy has good effect on promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, relaxing meridians and dredging collaterals. This article summarized the application of scraping therapy in coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment and nursing.
