摘 要:利用膨胀法制作了42CrMo钢的等温转变TTT图、连续冷却CCT图。在分析其金相组织转变规律的基础上,通过控制进KOCKS温度,实现了不同的两相区温度轧制,得到了不同金相组织和硬度的钢材。控制终轧温度在760~780℃,可以得到硬度较低、但弯曲度超标的热轧棒材;控制终轧温度在790~800℃,可以得到硬度稍高、但弯曲度达标的热轧棒材。The isothermal transformation TTT diagram and continuous cooling CCT diagram of 42CrMo steel were prepared by expansion method. On the basis of the transformation law analysis of metallog raphic struc- ture, the rolling of different temperature in two phase zone is realized, and the steels with different micro- structure and hardness are obtained by controlling the entering temperature of KOCKS. If the finishing rolling temperature is controlled at 760 - 780 ℃, hot - roiled bars with lower hardness but higher bending over the standard can be obtained; while the hot rolled bars with slightly higher hardness but higher bending up to the standard can be obtained by controlling the finishing rolling temperature at 790 - 800 degrees.
