摘　　要：介绍了宣钢公司开发生产40Mn2圆钢的冶炼工艺、轧制工艺、产品的低倍组织和力学性能。采用150t复吹转炉冶炼,终点碳含量>0.10%、磷含量≤0.020%;LF精炼后,喂入钙线进行夹杂物变性处理,软吹时间28 min;连铸工艺严格执行中间包烘烤工艺,实现无氧化保护浇铸;轧制过程中,钢坯的上下表面温差<50℃,轧后将圆材收集堆冷。通过合理控制各项生产工艺参数,使40Mn2合金结构圆钢的各项技术指标均能满足GB/T3077-1999的要求。The smelting process, rolling process, macrostructure and mechanical properties of Xuansteel 40Mn2 round steel were introduced in this paper. The process includes the endpoint carbon content 〉 0. 10% and phosphorus content ≤ 0. 020% with 150 t combined blown converter; inclusions modification with calci- um wire injection after LF refining, the soft blow time 28 min; the strict implementation of the tundish bak- ing process in continuous casting process to realize the non - oxidation protection casting ; the billet upper and lower surface temperature difference 〈 50 ℃ during the rolling process, the collection of round steel for stack cooling. Through reasonable control of various production process parameters, the technical specifica- tions of 40Mn2 alloy structural round bar can meet the requirements of GB/ T3077 - 1999.
