消痈止痛饮内服外用联合治疗早期肛痈热毒炽盛证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究消痈止痛饮内服外用联合治疗早期肛痈热毒炽盛证的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年6月至2015年6月期间收治的90例早期肛痈热毒炽盛证患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例。对照组采用口服甲硝唑治疗2个疗程,治疗组采用消痈止痛饮内服外用联合治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者的肛门疼痛评分、临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者的肛门疼痛评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的肛门疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为88.9%,明显高于对照组的68.9%(P<0.05)。两组患者的复发率、不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用消痈止痛饮内服外用联合治疗早期肛痈热毒炽盛证,效果显著,安全性高,能有效缓解或消除临床症状、体征,减轻肛门疼痛,能为进一步制定、优化早期肛痈诊疗方案提供参考依据。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of internal and external use of Xiaoyong Zhitong drink in the treatment of toxic heat flourishing syndrome of early perianal abscess. Methods 90 cases of patients with toxic heat flourishing syndrome of early perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received oral metronidazole for 2 courses, while the treatment group received internal and external Xiaoyong Zhitong drink for 2 courses. The anal pain score, clinical curative effect, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the anal pain scores of both groups decreased （P〈0.05）, and the anal pain score of treatment group was lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9%, significantly higher than 68.9% of control group （P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Internal and external use of Xiaoyong Zhitong drink in the treatment of toxic heat flourishing syndrome of early perianal abscess has significant effect and high safety, which can effectively relieve or eliminate clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the anal pain, and provide reference for furtherly formulating or optimizing diagnosis and treatment regimen of early perianal abscess.
