综合护理干预对小儿尿道下裂术后并发症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预对尿道下裂患儿术后并发症的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年7月至2016年7月收治的160例尿道下裂患儿,随机平均分为两组。常规组给予常规临床护理服务,综合组在常规组的基础上加用综合护理干预。比较两组患儿的术后排便状况和并发症发生率。结果综合组的术后首次排便时间显著短于常规组,术后10 d内排便次数多于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组的术后各项并发症发生率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够改善尿道下裂患儿的术后排便情况,降低患儿的术后并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative complications of children with hypospadias. Methods 160 cases of children with hypospadias admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The conventional group received conventional clinical nursing service, while the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group. The defecation condition and incidence of complications of two groups were compared between two groups. Results The first time of postoperative defecation of comprehensive group were significantly shorter than those of conventional group, the postoperative defecation times within 10 d was more than that of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of comprehensive group was lower than that of conventional group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the postoperative defecation of children with hypospadias and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
