循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的110例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。比较两组患者的心功能、住院指标及不良心血管事件发生率。结果护理后,观察组的心功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的卧床时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,而健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者中的应用价值显著,可改善患者的心功能,减少心血管不良事件,缩短治疗周期,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 110 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The heart ffmction, hospitalization indicators and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the heart function of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The time of lying in bed and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the health knowledge mastery rate was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse cardiac events of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia has significant application value, can improve patients＇ heart function, reduce the adverse cardiovascular events, and shorten the treatment cycle, with positive clinical significance.
