血压变异性联合尿微量白蛋白与妊娠期高血压疾病转归的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血压变异性联合尿微量白蛋白与妊娠期高血压疾病转归的相关性。方法选取2015年9月至2016年2月本院产科收治的妊娠期高血压孕妇80例(观察组),以同期收治的40例健康孕妇作为对照组,分别测定24小时动态血压、尿微量白蛋白等相关指标,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行组间比较和相关性分析。结果观察组各亚组血压变异性和微量白蛋白尿均高于对照组,且随妊娠高血压程度的增加而增加(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者血压变异性、尿微量白蛋白与发生妊娠不良结局具有正相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between blood pressure variability and microalbuminuria in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Method From September 2015 to February 2016 in this hospital from 80 pregnant women with gestational hypertension（observation group）,with 40 cases of healthy pregnant women during the same period as the control group,the relevant indicators of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure and urinary albumin were determined,for comparison between groups and correlation analysis using SPSS 22 software.Result The blood pressure variability and microalbuminuria in each subgroup of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and increased with the increase of the degree of pregnancy hypertension（P0.05）.Conclusion Blood pressure variability and microalbuminuria in pregnancy hypertensive patients have positive correlation with adverse pregnancy outcomes.
