海南国际旅游岛建设的“陆海统筹”与“蓝绿互动”

摘　　要：当前,海南国际旅游岛建设既面临着一定的挑战,也面临着"海洋强国""一带一路"等重大发展机遇。为此,海南应充分发挥自身的海洋优势和区位优势,在"陆海统筹"与"蓝绿互动"发展思路的引领下,不断推动陆域经济与海洋经济的协同发展,通过构建均衡的结构支撑和持久的动力源泉,为海南国际旅游岛建设及其升级版打造增添新活力和新动能。such signifi At present the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island face both certain challenges and cant opportunities for development as ＂China＇ s marine power strategy＂ and ＂the Belt and Road Initi- ative＂. Therefore, Hainan is expected to exert its own marine and regional advantages, constantly promoting the coordination development of land-marine economy under the guidance of development ideas of ＂land-sea coordi- nation＂ and ＂blue-green interaction＂. To build a balanced structural support and everlasting power source will add new vitality and energy to the construction and upgrade of Hainan International Tourism Island.
