摘 要:随着我国高速铁路与既有线路网的交叉逐渐增多,高速铁路与既有线调度指挥系统间的联系变得愈发紧密。为探寻高速铁路与既有线调度指挥系统间的差异,在阐述国内外学者对高速铁路和既有线调度指挥系统的差异性相关研究成果的基础上,从系统构成、组织构架、作业内容、行车指挥、列车运行调整等方面比较分析了二者的差异性,在此基础上论证高速铁路调度指挥系统与既有线调度指挥系统在调度指挥结构功能设置、软硬件设备配置及调度信息传递与交互上都具备显著的差异性,为进一步研究高速铁路与既有线调度指挥系统的协同性奠定基础。The relationship between the traffic control systems for high-speed railway and existing railway is getting much closer while the number of crossings between high-speed lines and existing lines increases. With the purpose to explore the differences between the traffic control systems for high-speed railway and existing railway, this paper first expounds the research results of the experts home and abroad on this topic. On this basis, the comparative analysis is carried out in terms of system composition, organization structure, operation items, train control, train operation adjustment, etc. The two systems have significant differences on traffic control function settings, hardware and software configuration as well as information transmission and interaction. This research lays a solid foundation for the further study on the coordination between the traffic control systems for high-speed railway and existing railway.
