摘　　要：简述广西水文改革目标及任务,总结近年来改革成效,指出广西水文深化改革所面临的理念及思维、技术及管理、人员及能力等方面的瓶颈,提出总结提炼促进思想统一、强化创新促进提质增效、加强培训促进素质提升等思路与建议,为今后广西水文改革提供参考。A brief introduction was made on the hydrological reform targets and tasks of Guangxi. The author summa- rized the reform effects of recent years, pointed out the bottleneck problems of deepening hydrological reform includ- ing concept, thinking, technique, management, personnel and ability, based on which some thoughts and sugges- tions were put forward such as summary and refinement to promote unity of thoughts, strengthening innovation to improve quality and efficiency; intensify training to upgrade personnel ability etc.
