氯碘羟喹在念珠菌性龟头炎中的疗效及对免疫功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究氯碘羟喹在念珠菌性龟头炎中的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响程度。方法:选取2015年3月至2016年11月期间本院收治的86例念珠菌性龟头炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(伊曲康唑组)43例和观察组(氯碘羟喹联合伊曲康唑组)43例。比较两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗前后的症状体征评分及外周血、皮损处免疫功能指标。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组的症状体征评分及皮损处免疫功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的症状体征评分显著地低于对照组(P<0.05),外周血及皮损处免疫功能指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氯碘羟喹在念珠菌性龟头炎中的临床疗效较好,且可有效改善机体的免疫功能,因此本药适用于念珠菌性龟头炎的治疗。Objectives： To study the clinical effect and immune function of iodochlorhydroxyquin in the treatment of candidal balanitis. Methods： 86 patients with candidal balanitis in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group（ itraconazole group） and observation group（ iodochlorhydroxyquin combined with itraconazole group）,with 43 cases in each group. Then the total effective rates,symptoms and signs score,peripheral blood and lesion immune indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. The symptoms and signs score,and lesion immune indexes of two groups before the treatment had no significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The symptoms and signs score of observation group after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group（ P 0. 05）. The peripheral blood and lesion immune indexes of observation group were better than those of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of iodochlorhydroxyquin in the treatment of candidal balanitis is better,which can effectively improve the body immune function.
