摘　　要：目的:考察头孢曲松联合糖皮质激素治疗晚期梅毒血清固定的临床疗效。方法:将90例晚期梅毒血清固定患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予头孢曲松单药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、TRUST滴度变化及T淋巴细胞变化。结果:观察组患者临床症状改善效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),TRUST下降滴度个数显著高于对照组,时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者CD4^+T细胞显著增加、CD8^+T细胞显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:头孢曲松联合糖皮质激素治疗晚期梅毒血清固定的临床疗效优秀,具有临床应用价值。Objectives： To investigate the clinical curative effect of ceftriaxone combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of advanced syphilis serofast reaction. Methods： 90 patients with advanced syphilis serofast reaction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with ceftriaxone monotherapy,and patients in the observation group were treated by glucocorticoid therapy additionally. The treatment efficiency,TRUST titer and T lymphocyte changes were compared between the two groups. Results： The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The TRUST reduce titer and rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,significant increase in CD4~＋ T cells and decrease in CD8~＋ T cells was found in patients of observation group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Ceftriaxone combined with glucocorticoids is of remarkable curative effect in treating advanced syphilis serofast reaction,with high value of clinical application.
