摘　　要：探讨RigiScan阴茎硬度测量仪在男子性功能障碍法医学鉴定中的应用。主要就RigiScan阴茎硬度测量仪的工作原理、夜间阴茎胀大试验(nocturnal penile tumescence,NPT)的操作方法、注意事项以及NPT在法医学鉴定中的应用、面临的问题进行探讨。To explore the application value of RigiScan penis hardness measuring instrument in the forensic medicine assessment for male sexual dysfunction. The working principle of the penis hardness measuring instrument,operation of nocturnal penile tumescence（ NPT）,operating considerations and application of NPT in forensic medicine were introduced. And the existing problems on the application of RigiScan penis hardness measuring instrument were also put forward.
