“5E”预防策略在住院老年患者跌倒风险管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的运用"5E"预防策略对住院老年患者进行跌倒风险管理,为降低老年住院患者跌倒发生率提供依据。方法以老年内科患者268例为研究对象,对照组136例患者实施常规护理,干预组132例患者进行评估、教育预防、环境改善、工程学、强化执行"5E"预防策略干预。结果干预组住院老年患者跌倒发生率低于对照组,跌倒认知率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "5E"预防策略有利于提高老年患者跌倒认知率,降低跌倒发生率,提高老年住院患者的安全性。Objective To use ＂5 E＂ prevention strategy to carry out fall risk management for hospitalized elderly patients, in order to provide a basis for re- ducing the incidence of falls in elderly patients. Methods Totally ,268 elderly medical patients were selected as the study objects. 136 cases in the control group received routine care. 132 cases in the intervention group were carried out the ＂SE＂ prevention strategy intervention which refered to evaluation,education preven- tion, environmental improvement, engineering and enhancement. Result The incidence of fails in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the con- trol group,the cognitive rate of falls in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The ＂5E＂ prevention strategy is helpful to improve the recognition rate of falls, reduce the incidence of falls and enhance the safety of elderly inpatients.
