摘 要:目的探讨小儿哮喘中淋巴细胞亚群及CD4+细胞的表达及意义。方法选取新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院2015年12月至2016年12月收治的103例哮喘患儿为实验组,另选取同期在院健康体检儿童103例为对照组。对两组研究对象的淋巴细胞亚群,外周血Treg,外周血TH1、TH17和TH2进行比较分析。结果实验组外周血Treg占CD4+细胞比例显著高于对照组(χ~2=2.021,P<0.05),外周血TH1在两组中占CD4+细胞比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组外周血TH2占CD4+细胞比例显著高于对照组(χ~2=7.179,P<0.05),实验组外周血TH17占CD4+细胞比例显著高于对照组(χ~2=9.664,P<0.05),实验组CD8+、CD4+所占比例均显著低于对照组,CD4+/CD8+所占比例显著高于对照组(χ~2值分别为10.253、14.145、16.327,均P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞亚群及CD4+细胞在小儿哮喘的发病中能够作为诊断依据,对哮喘的诊断和治疗等均具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of lymphocyte subsets and CD4+ T cells in children with asthma.Methods Totally 103 children with asthma were enrolled in experimental group from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from December 2015 to December 2016,and 103 healthy subjects taking health examination in the same period were selected as control group. The lymphocyte subsets,peripheral blood Treg,peripheral blood TH1,TH17 and TH2 were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The proportion of Treg in CD4+ T cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( χ^2= 2. 021,P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of peripheral blood TH1 between two groups( P〈0. 05).The proportion of peripheral blood TH2 in CD4+ T cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( χ^2= 7. 179,P〈0. 05). In the experimental group the proportion of peripheral blood TH17 in CD4+ T cells was significantly higher than that in the control group( χ^2= 9. 664,P〈0. 05). The proportion of CD8 + and CD4+ cells was remarkably lower in the experimental group,while the proportion of CD4+/CD8 + was significantly higher( χ^2 value was 10. 253,14. 145 and 16. 327,respectively,all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Lymphocyte subsets and CD4+ T cells can be used as diagnostic criteria in the diagnosis of childhood asthma pathogenesis,and it has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
