置管冲洗治疗婴幼儿外阴阴道炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究臭氧液、碘伏液置管冲洗治疗婴幼儿外阴阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将2013年1至12月在山西省妇幼保健院的120例婴幼儿外阴阴道炎患儿随机分为治疗组62例与对照组58例。治疗组将软橡胶管置入阴道应用臭氧液冲洗治疗,对照组将软橡胶管置入阴道应用0.1%稀碘伏冲洗治疗,两组均连续冲洗7天,并外涂红霉素软膏,停药7天后复诊评估疗效和不良反应。结果两种溶液治疗婴幼儿外阴阴道炎有效率分别为:臭氧液治疗组91.94%,碘伏对照组89.66%,两组有效率比较无统计学差异(χ~2=0.187,P>0.05),两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论臭氧液、碘伏液置管冲洗治疗婴幼儿外阴阴道炎安全有效、方便、无副作用。Objective To study the clinical effect of ozone liquid and iodophor liquid catheter flushing in the treatment of vulvovaginitis in infants. Methods Totally 120 infants with vulvovaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group（ 62 cases） and control group（ 58 cases）. The treatment group accepted ozone liquid flush treatment by using soft rubber hose into vagina,and the control group accepted1% iodophor flush treatment by using soft rubber hose into vagina. Infants in both groups accepted washing treatment for seven days,and vagina was coated with erythromycin ointment outside. Further consultation was needed to evaluate the efficacy and side-effect after stopping drug administration for seven days. Results The efficient of ozone liquid and iodophor liquid in the treatment of bacterial vulvovaginitis in infants was 91. 94% and 89. 66%,respectively. There was no statistical difference in efficiency between two groups（ χ^2= 0. 187,P〈0. 05）. No serious side-effects were found in two groups. Conclusion Both ozone liquid and dilute iodophor flush are safe,effective and convenient without side-effects.
