双黄连颗粒联合西药治疗对小儿支气管肺炎炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双黄连颗粒联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及对患儿血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取皖北煤电集团总医院2015年1月至2016年6月收治的50例小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组25例。两组患儿均给予常规西药治疗,观察组联合给予双黄连颗粒治疗,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平变化情况等。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.00%,与对照组的76.00%相比有明显上升(χ~2=4.153,P<0.05)。观察组退热时间,咳、痰、喘消失时间,肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组(t值分别为3.444、2.1516、2.941,均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组白细胞计数与中性粒细胞计数明显低于对照组(t值分别为8.268、4.674,均P<0.01)。治疗后观察组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(t值分别为6.983、4.798、2.960,均P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(χ~2=0.166,P>0.05)。结论与常规西药治疗相比,双黄连颗粒联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎能快速缓解临床症状及体征,减轻炎症反应程度,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shuanghuanglian granules combined with western medicine on bronchopneumonia in children and its influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors. Methods Fifty children with bronchopneumonia admitted in Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group General Hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups by random number table with 25 cases in each group. Children in both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment.Observation group was combinedly treated with Shuanghuanglian granules. Clinical efficacy and changes of serum inflammatory factor levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that（76.00%） in the control group（χ^2=4.153,P〈0.05）. Fever clearance time,disappearance time of cough,sputum and panting,and disappearance time of lung rale in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ t value was 3.444,2.1516 and 2.941,respectively,all P〈0.05）. After treatment,WBC count and neutrophil count in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（t value was 8.268 and 4.674,respectively,both P〈0.01）. Serum levels of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment（t value was 6.983,4.798 and 2.960,respectively,all P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（ χ^2= 0.166,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Shuanghuanglian granules combined with western medicine for treatment of bronchopneumonia can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms and signs and reduce degree of inflammatory reaction with exact curative effect.
