摘　　要：微课模式在就业指导教学中具有一定的应用空间,是目前最为流行的教学模式,具有时间短、节奏快、教学内容集中、教学手段多样、构建简易、传播便利、反馈性强、趣味性高等优势。基于对高校就业指导教学实行微课模式的优势分析,提出对大学生就业指导教学实现微课化的两大策略,即源于微课化的开发策略、教学微课化的实施策略,旨在为高校创新性开展就业指导教学提供参考。Micro class model with application space in employment guidance in the teaching, is currently the most popular teaching mode, with a short time, fast rhythm, teaching content, teaching methods are various, simple construction, convenient communication, feedback and strong interest. Advantages of university employment guidance teaching to implement the advantages of micro class mode analysis based on this information, two strategies to achieve the employment guidance for college students teaching micro class the development strategy of the micro source class, teaching strategies of micro class; to provide a reference for the university to carry out innovative employment guidance teaching.
