摘  要:目的了解重庆市市售家用净水器的微生物净化效果。方法对2015年-2016年在重庆市疾病预防控制中心进行卫生安全性检测的51台市售净水器的微生物指标检测结果进行分析。结果重庆市市售家用净水器微生物浸泡试验总体合格率为78.4%(40/51),其中重庆本土品牌合格率较低,仅为59.1%(13/22),且检出总大肠菌群;国外品牌全部合格,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检测过程中,还检出现行有效国家标准要求检测项目之外的3株条件致病菌,包括2株铜绿假单胞菌,1株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,提示市售家用净水器质量不容乐观。结论重庆市市售家用净水器并不能达到理想的微生物净化效果,重庆市本土家用净水器生产厂家需提升产品质量,严格控制产品微生物污染。Objective The microbial decontamination effect of household water purifiers in Chongqing was investigated. Methods The microbiological indexes of 51 commercial water purifiers in Chongqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention from2015 to 2016 were detected and the results were analyzed. Results The overall pass rate of the household water purifiers was78. 4%( 40/51) in the microbial immersion test. The qualified rate of local brand in Chongqing was low,only accounting for59. 1%( 13/22),and coliforms was detected; all foreign brands were qualified,with the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 05). In the detection,3 strains of conditioned pathogens including 2 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 1 strain of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were detected,which were not involved in the standard examination methods for drinking water-microbiological parameters,so the quality of commercial household water purifier is not optimistic. Conclusion The product quality of the water purifier factory in Chongqing should be improved,and the pollution of bacterial flora should be strictly controlled,because the local purifiers can not provide ideal destination efficacy.
