摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理对自然分娩率的影响。方法:将60例待产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则接受人性化护理干预,比较两组产妇的分娩方式及新生儿评分。结果:观察组自然分娩率为70.00%,显著高于对照组43.33%(P<0.05):根据新生儿Apgar评分,观察组新生儿健康情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可帮助产妇提升对自然分娩的信心及决心,对新生儿健康有益。Objective： To investigate the influence of humanized nursing on natural childbirth. Methods： 60 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the control group received conventional nursing while observation group hu- manized nursing, compared the delivery modes and Apgar score of the two groups of purpera. Results： The natural childbirth rate of observation group was 70.00%, which was significantly higher than 43.33% that of control group （P〈0.05）; according to the Apgar score, the neonatal health sta- tus of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Humanized nursing can help pregnant women im- prove their confidence and determination for natural delivery which benefits neonates health.
