摘 要:目的:构建规范、合理的康复治疗师职业胜任力评价体系。方法:采用德尔菲法(Delphi)对25名专家进行问卷调查确定评价体系分层,采用层析分析法(analytic hierchy process,AHP)计算各级指标权重和进行总排序的一致性检验。结果:最终确定包含3个一级指标、21个二级指标、55个三级指标在内的康复治疗师职业胜任力评价体系。三级指标中组合权重最低指标标准为:具有一定的科研价值(w=0.0004);最高指标需要达到该条件:在康复评估、治疗及三级预防健康教育中均可巧妙使用沟通技巧(w=0.1137)。各级指标的总排序结果具有满意的一致性。结论:该评价体系科学、合理,可为康复治疗师的选拔、考核提供依据。Objective: To build up a normative and reasonable occupation competence appraisal system for rehabilitation therapists. Methods: Delphi method was used to survey 25 experts to determine the hierarchy of evaluation system, and analytic hierchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of indexes at all levels and the consistency check of total order sorting. Results: An occupation competence appraisal system for rehabilita- tion therapists included 3 of first-level, 21 of second-level and 55 of third-level indicators was finally determined, of which the lowest combined weight was "with certain scientific research value" (w=0.0004) while the highest was "communication skills can be used in rehabilitation assessment, treatment and health education of tertiary prevention" (w=0.1137), with a satisfactory consistency in total sorting result at all levels. Conclusion: This appraisal system is scientific and reliable, which can provide references for selection and assessment of rehabilitation therapists.
