中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取116例心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各58例,在控制各种并发症的基础上,对照组给予盐酸曲美他嗪片进行治疗,观察组给予盐酸曲美他嗪片联合益气活血化浊汤进行治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。记录2组患者心绞痛发作的次数、发作持续时间及硝酸甘油用量等,比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况等。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.8%,对照组总有效率为74.1%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均有所改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改善程度优于对照组,2项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组硝酸甘油用量均较治疗前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规控制各种并发症的基础上,采用盐酸曲美他嗪片联合益气活血化浊汤对冠心病心绞痛患者进行治疗,取得了较好的临床效果,可更为有效地改善患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及硝酸甘油的用量,同时安全性亦较好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy for angina pectoris. Methods：Selected 116 patients with angina pectoris of the heart-blood stagnation type,and divided theminto the control group and the observation group being 58 cases in each,according to the randomtable method. Based on controlling the complications,the control group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets combined with YiqiHuoxue Huazhuo tang. Treatment of both groups lasted for four weeks. Recorded times of angina pectoris, seizure duration, exercise tolerance and dosage of nitroglycerin, and compared clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction in both groups. Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.8% in the observation group, and was 74.1% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 0.05）.Compared with those before treatment, times of angina pectoris, seizure duration in both groups were improved,differences being significant（P0.05）;the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group when comparing the two indexes（P0.05）. Dosage of nitroglycerin in both groups was less than that before treatment（P0.05）. Dosage of the observation group was less than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：Based on controlling the complications, the combination of trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets combined with YiqiHuoxue Huazhuo tang has good clinical efficacy in treating angina pectoris patient. It can improve clinical symptoms effectively,reduce the times of angina pectoris,seizure duration,and dosage of nitroglycerin,and has good safety.
