腰椎定位正脊手法对腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄患者腰椎肌肉及筋膜代偿能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察运用腰椎定位正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄,对其肌肉及筋膜代偿能力的影响。方法:将诊断为腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄的患者96例,采用随机分为2组各48例。对照组采用常规针灸推拿治疗,治疗组采用腰椎定位正脊手法治疗,观察患者症状改善情况以及腰椎功能恢复情况、血清炎症因子指标改善情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组95.8%,对照组83.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组腰椎功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组腰椎功能与治疗前比较,评分均有增加,且治疗组较对照组为高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)情况分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腰椎定位正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄,能改善患者症状,促进患者腰椎功能恢复,改善腰椎肌肉、筋膜代偿的能力。Objective：To observe the effect of applying lumbar positioning ridge practices on lumbar muscles around and fascia compensatory ability of patients with intervertebral disc herniation merged nerve root canal stenosis. Methods：Selected 96 patients with intervertebral disc herniation merged nerve root canal stenosis,and divided theminto the two groups being 48 cases in each group randomly. The control group is treated with routine acupuncture and tuina,while the treatment group was treated with lumbar positioning ridge practices. Observed improvement of clinical symptoms,recovery of lumbar function and improvement of seruminflammatory factor indexes of the patients. Results：The total effective rate was 95.8% in the treatment group,and was 83.3% in the control group,the difference being significant（P0.05）. Before treatment,compared lumbar function of the two groups,there had no significant difference（P0.05）. After treatment,compared lumbar function of the two groups,score of lumbar function of both groups were increased,and the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference being significant（P0.05）. After treatment,compared level of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, Interleukin-6（IL-6） and Interleukin-8（IL-8） of the treatment group with those of the control group,differences were significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Applying lumbar positioning ridge practice can relieve compression of nerve root, and improve symptoms of patients in treating patients with intervertebral disc herniation merged nerve root canal stenosis.
