补肾活血汤联合钙尔奇D治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨转化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血汤联合钙尔奇D治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨转化的影响。方法:将58例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组29例。对照组给予钙尔奇D治疗,实验组在钙尔奇D的治疗基础上加补肾活血汤。观察2组治疗前后骨密度值及骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)、尿脱氧吡啶啉(DPD)水平的变化。结果:同组治疗前后的骨密度值及治疗后组间骨密度值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组BALP、BGP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);实验组的BGP水平比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后2组B-ALP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,实验组TRACP、DPD水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组TRACP、DPD水平与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合钙尔奇D能改善绝经后骨质疏松症患者的骨转化情况。Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue tang combined with Caltrate Don bone conversion in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods：Divided 58 cases of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis into the control group and the experiment group randomly,29 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Caltrate D,while the experiment group was additionally treated with Bushen Huoxue tang. Observed changes of levels of bone mineral density（BMD）,bone alkaline phosphatase（B-ALP）,bone gla protein（BG P）,tartrate resistant acid phosphatase（TRACP）,and deoxypyridinoline（DPD） in both groups. Results：There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of BMDin the two groups before and after treatment（P 0.05）. After treatment, levels of B-ALP and BG P in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P0.05）,and levels of B-ALP and BG P in the experiment group were reduced more significantly than those in the control group（P0.05）. After treatment,compared the B-ALP level in both groups,there was no significant difference（P0.05）. Comparing with those before treatment,levels of TRACP and DPDin the experiment group after treatment were declined（P0.05）. No significant difference was found in the comparison of levels of TRACP and DPDafter treatment with those before treatment in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：The therapy of Bushen Huoxue tang combined with Caltrate Dcan improve bone conversion in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.
