当代研究生价值取向的现状、成因与对策

摘　　要：研究生作为当今社会的精英群体,不仅受到社会变化的影响,而且在变革和发展的社会中发挥着重要作用。研究生价值取向关系到研究生是否具有健康、科学、全面的人格,关系到未来人生发展、社会主义现代化建设。本研究将立足新形势下研究生价值取向的形成与发展,选择吉林大学、东北师范大学、延边大学3所211重点高校,探索研究生群体价值观形成的现状、特点、问题,不断改进、促进和完善研究生价值观,为今后塑造研究生价值观研究和教育工作提供一定的理论和实践借鉴。Graduate students as the elite groups of today’s society, not only be impactedbysocial change, but also in the reform and development of society play an important role. The value orientation of graduate students is related to whether the graduate students have a healthy、scientific and comprehensive personality, related to the future development of life, socialist modernization.This study will be based on the formation and development of graduate students ’value orientation in the new situation. We choose Jilin University, Northeast Normal University and Yanbian University, 211 key colleges and universities to explore the present situation, characteristics and problems of the formation of graduate students’ values, and constantly improve, provide some theoretical and practical reference for the future research and education of postgraduates ’values and graduate students’ values.
