摘 要:文章针对目前数字电能表在检测上存在无法溯源和部分检测装置重要组成部分无法评定精度等级等问题,研制了一种新型的数字电能表检测装置,该装置采用能直接向上溯源到最高国家标准的模拟标准表作为主要标准器。文章对组成A/D转换模块的三相交流比例基准、模拟采样装置、规约生成装置的不确定度做了明确的说明;同时对该装置的整体进行了不确定度分析,并用实例证明该装置能用于开展0.05级及以下数字电能表的校准工作。A new type digital electric energy meter calibration device has been proposed in this paper, given the problem that accuracy detecting system for the digital electric energy meter couldn't trace the value and the detecting accuracy for many important component of this system cannot be ensured. An analog standard electric energy meter has been adopted in this device which can be traced to the highest national standards as the main standard. The A/D conversion module consists of the three-phase exchange rate benchmark, analog sampling device and the convention generate device whose uncertainties are clearly defined. The uncertainty of the device has been finally analyzed in this paper, and examples have been proved that this device could be used for the verification of the digital electric energy meter at 0.05 level and below.
