摘　　要：目的:评价立体心电图对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断价值。方法:选择常规心电图检查诊断为下壁异常Q波的患者200例为研究对象,将其中明确诊断有陈旧性下壁心梗的82例患者作为观察组,其余118例无下壁心肌梗死病史的患者作为对照组。所有入选患者分别记录常规心电图及立体心电图,分别计算常规心电图和立体心电图对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果:立体心电图对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死诊断的敏感性、特异性以及准确性均高于常规心电图(P<0.05)。结论:在陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断中,立体心电图比常规心电图具有一定的诊断优势。Objective： To evaluate the value of the three - dimensional electrocardiogram on old inferior wall myocardial infarction. Methods： 200 patients with abnormal Q wave in the inferiorwall were chosen, with 82 patients diagnosed as old inferior wall myocardial infarction as the observation group and the remaining 118 patients without old inferior wall myocardial infarction as the control group. The conventional electrocardiogram and the three - dimensional electrocardiogram of all the patients were recorded and their sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated respectively. Results： The sensitivity, the specificity and the accuracy of the conventional electrocardiogram were all higher than those ofthe three - dimensional electrocardiogram （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Thethree - dimensional electrocardiogram is superior than the conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of old inferior myocardial infarction.
