摘  要:目的:分析MORA生物共振仪联合药物治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎(Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,HSPN)的疗效。方法:122例HSPN患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组患者采用药物联合生物共振仪治疗,检测治疗前后两组患者的血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys-C)和尿转铁蛋白(urinary transferrin,TRF)水平变化。结果:治疗前两组患者的Cys-C和TRF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者Cys-C和TRF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MORA生物共振仪联合药物治疗儿童HSPN,安全有效,有助于缩短病程、减少常规药物的用量和不良反应。Objective : To evaluate the effect of MORA bioresonance combined with medicine therapy on children with Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN). nethods:122 children with HSPN were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given routine medicine treatment combined with MORA. The serum levels of urinary transferrin (TRF) and cystatin C ( Cys - C) before and after treatment were detected and statistically analyzed. Results: There were no significant differences of TRF and Cys - C between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). After treatment, the decrease levels of TRF and Cys - C in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: MORA bioresonance combined with medicine therapy in the treatment of children with HSPN is safe and effective, which can shorten the length of the disease and reduce the dosage and side effects of drugs.
