摘 要:目的:探讨药剂科介入指导重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)抗菌药物合理应用的效果。方法:收集2016年1月至2017年6月接诊的160例ICU患者,根据入院时间将前80例患者作为对照组,后80例作为观察组,对照组采用常规抗菌药物使用管理,观察组采用药剂科介入指导,对比两种指导方法的效果。结果:观察组患者出现剂量不合理、时机不合理、用药种类不合理、给药方法不合理的发生率与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的抗菌药物使用种类与时间均低于对照组患者(t_(种类)=3.283,P=0.007;t_(时间)=5.435,P=0.000)。结论:药剂科介入指导能够降低抗菌药物使用的种类与时间。Objective : To investigate the effect of pharmacy intervention to guide rational application of intensive care unit (ICU) antibacterial. Methods: 160 cases of ICU patients admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were collected and, according to the time of admission, the first 80 cases were served as the control group and the other 80 cases were served as the observation group. The control group was given routine antibacterial management and the observation group was guided by pharmacy intervention. The effect of the two instruction methods was compared. Results : The incidence rates of unreasonable dosage, irrational timing, irrational pharmacy kinds and, irrational drug delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, but there were no significant differences ( t =2.749, P =0.212; t =2.404, P =0. 214 ; t = 2. 601, P = 0.162 ; t = 2. 404, P = 0. 214 ). The kinds and time of antibacterial used in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( t = 3. 283, P = 0. 007; t = 5. 435, P =0. 000). Conclusion: The interventional guidance of pharmacy can reduce the kinds and time of antibacterial used, improve the rationality of the use of ICU antibacterial, and improve the safety of the use of antibacterial.
