整体护理对复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除联合重硅油填充治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析整体护理对复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除联合重硅油填充治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2014年9月至2016年8月收治的复杂性视网膜脱离患者114例,均采取玻璃体切除联合重硅油填充治疗,随机分成观察组和对照组,各57例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上,采取整体护理,比较两组护理方式对治疗效果的影响。结果:观察组视网膜复位成功率98.25%,对照组视网膜复位成功率89.47%,观察组患者视网膜复位成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率45.61%,对照组并发症发生率94.74%,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后生活质量评分高于护理前(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理对复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除联合重硅油填充的治疗效果有帮助,优于常规护理。Objective ：To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on patients with complicated retinal detachment treated by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade. Methods：114 cases of complicated retinal detachment enrolled, underwent vitrectomy combined with heavy silicone oil tamponade, and then were randomly assigned into the observation group and the control group, 57 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group was given the holistic nursing care on the basis of routine nursing care, the nursing effect of the two groups compared. Results ：The success rate of retinal reattachment in the observation group and in the control group was 98.25 % and 89.47 %, respectively. The success rate of retinal reattachment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 45.61%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 94.74 %. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups, the incidence of complications in the observation group lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The score of quality of life after nursing was higher than that before nursing in the two groups, the difference statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The score of quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The holistic nursing care is more effective than the conventional care for patients with complicated retinal detachment treated by vitrectomy combined with heavy silicone oil tamponade.
