摘　　要：强调供给侧结构性改革,并不是要放弃需求侧管理,而是要提高两者的协同性。湖北省委、省政府作出部署：树立新发展理念,适应把握引领经济发展新常态,坚持以提高发展质量和效益为中心,坚持以推进供给侧结构性改革为主线,全面做好稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险各项工作,In the practice under current situation, to enhance the coordination between supply side and demand side is crucially significant, which means to combine structural tax policy and structural finance policy on one hand, as well as to combine the volumn control of monetary policy and easy structural policy on the other hand.
