摘　　要：目的分析临床药师对清洁手术抗菌药物预防性应用的干预效果。方法临床药师对医院清洁手术预防使用抗菌药物进行干预,分阶段对干预前后的病历进行调查,对清洁手术抗菌药物预防性应用合理性进行评价。结果通过临床药师干预,清洁手术抗菌药物预防使用合理率大幅提高,且抗菌药物费用明显降低。结论临床药师对清洁手术抗菌药物预防性使用干预行之有效。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of clinical pharmacists on the preventive application of antibacterial drugs in clean surgery.Methods Clinical pharmacists were used to prevent the use of antimicrobial agents in hospital cleaning surgery,and the medical records before and after the intervention were investigated in stages to evaluate the rationality of the preventive application of antibacterial drugs.Results Through the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the reasonable rate of prevention and treatment of antimicrobial agents was significantly improved,and the cost of antimicrobial drugs was significantly reduced.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists are effective in preventing the use of antibiotics for cleaning surgery.
